Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all paid Save Me subscriptions, provided by 3way Group, LLC ("we", "us"). Save Me is sold by 3way Group, LLC as an authorised reseller of the Aura emergency response network, which operates the Responder dispatch services.

1. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals. In line with our Terms of Service, cancellation takes effect within 30 days of your cancellation request, and your subscription remains active until the end of that period.

2. Refunds

All payments are final and non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused service, downgrades, or accidental renewals.

You will not be charged again after your cancellation takes effect, and you will keep access to Save Me until the end of the period you have already paid for.

3. Free or Discounted Trials

Where a free or low-cost trial is offered, your card will be charged the full subscription price at the end of the trial unless you cancel before the trial ends. The trial duration and the renewal price are shown clearly at checkout before you confirm payment.

4. Failed or Unauthorised Charges

If you believe a charge is unauthorised or in error, contact us within 14 days of the charge. We will investigate in good faith and, where required by law or our payment processor, issue a refund.

5. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in your country of residence.
