Save Me is sold by 3way Group, LLC as an authorised reseller of the Aura emergency response network, which operates the Responder dispatch services.

Save Me is a panic and emergency response platform operated by 3way Group, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, with registered address at 131 Continental Drive, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713, United States. Emergency Responder dispatch is provided by Aura under a reseller arrangement with 3way Group, LLC.

2. Information We Collect

  • Account information: name, email address, mobile number, and emergency contacts.
  • Location data necessary to dispatch a Responder to your location when you activate a panic signal.
  • Payment and billing metadata (handled by our payment processor, Stripe). We do not store full card details.
  • Technical data such as device identifiers, IP address, and usage logs.

3. How We Use Information

  • Provide the Save Me service and dispatch Responders during emergencies.
  • Process subscription payments and manage your account.
  • Communicate with you about your account, billing, and service updates.
  • Improve the service, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

We share the minimum information required with trusted providers, including:

  • Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. for processing subscription payments.
  • Aura and its vetted private and public Responders for emergency dispatch.
  • Cloud hosting, analytics, and communications providers.

5. Legal Basis and Data Protection

We process personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the South African Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA) and other regional data protection legislation where applicable. Processing is based on the performance of our contract with you, your consent, our legitimate interests, and our legal obligations.
